So this is kind of old news but....WE'RE HAVING A BABY! I am now at 26 weeks and feeling more pregnant than ever. I spent the entire first trimester asleep or gagging over raw meat and/or anything cooked. The second trimester was much easier for me, and I thankfully regained most of my energy. I've officially transitioned into the third trimester and couldn't feel better (except for my very real fear that my belly button might soon be an "outtie")!
I've basically wanted to be a mom ever since I was nine and toted Baby Ty around as if he were my own (He's a sophomore in high school now). We are SOOOOO excited, and we can't stop thinking and talking and dreaming about Baby Woeste. We are not finding out the sex, but he/she should be here around February 21st. I can't wait to spend the remainder of winter snuggled up with our own little newborn!
As much as I would love (read: hate) to share pictures of my morphing body with the world, I'm going to opt out of the month-by-month baby bump photos. Don't worry, we are documenting, but I'll spare the world wide web the horror. In lieu of bump pics, I'll leave you with a few inpirational nurseries:
We've bought this crib and rocker, and hubs assembled them both like a champ as soon as they arrived. I'll try my best to keep all six of my devoted readers posted...
